Senator Elton moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                    
cosponsor on the SENATE BILL NO. 8 "An Act relating to a student                                    
loan repayment program for nurses, and amending the duties of the                                   
Board of Nursing that relate to this program; and providing for an                                  
effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered.
